Founded along the Flagler East Cost Railroad tracks, far before other towns, Pompano, Florida was incorporated on July 3rd 1908 with a mere 250 residents. As time progressed, farms continued to emerge on its highlands and Pompano found itself to be the supplier of produce for neighboring cities.

In later years, Pompano became Pompano Beach and tailored some of its waterfront property into beautiful resorts and winter residences, further expanding public and private improvements and buildings.

Recent demographic developments and strong surrounding economies have brought some Pompano Beach zip codes among the top ten fastest growing in the country. Now exceeding 100,000 residents, Pompano Beach is a business hub of South Florida. Appointed ‘All American City’ in 2005, Greight Spaces is proud to call Pompano Beach Florida its home.
